Phone Number Queries
Phone numbers submitted to our lookup tool are processed to return results but are not stored in our database after the request completes. We do not maintain a log of looked-up numbers tied to users.
Contact Form Submissions
Name, email address, and message content when you submit our contact or issue-report form. Retained only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months or until your enquiry is resolved. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymised form for up to 26 months.
