- ProxyEarth does not provide exact live location: Public telecom data only indicates country and nominal original area codes, never real-time GPS or physical street addresses.
- Information may be incomplete or inaccurate: Telecommunication routing, carrier prefixes, and number portability change over time. Public lookup results may be outdated or incomplete.
- Users must use the service lawfully: Any use of ProxyEarth for harassment, stalking, unauthorized profiling, or illegal operations is strictly prohibited.
1. Permitted Uses
ProxyEarth is designed strictly for educational, informational, software testing, and telecommunication formatting purposes. Legitimate use cases include:
- Verifying the mathematical and technical formatting of a phone number prior to sending SMS or initiating calls.
- Determining the correct international dialing prefix, domestic trunk code, and E.164 representation.
- Learning about world numbering plans, international telecom zones, and regional area codes.
2. Prohibited Uses
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing this platform or its APIs for:
- Attempting to deanonymize, unmask, dox, or stalk any individual or organization.
- Automated scraping, bulk phone number enumeration, dictionary attacks, or automated brute-force querying.
- Generating unsolicited bulk telemarketing lists, robocalling databases, or phishing campaigns.
- Attempting to bypass security controls, rate limiting, or web application firewalls.
3. Lawful Conduct Requirement
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and telecommunications rules, including data privacy frameworks such as GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
4. Enforcement & Reporting
